1975    Trade in receiver tubes for radio and television,  Company address: Munich Germany

1983    "BAER Audio Video Service Parts GmbH" (spare parts for service workshops)

              first semiconductors in the delivery program 

              First foreign customers in Austria, Italy, Greece and Yugoslavia (Croatia, Slovenia) 

1990    Opening of a retail store in Munich City Center:    "AKI Electronics" (all kinds of ICs)

1996    Sale of "Baer audio video electronic GmbH"

1996    New foundation: "BAER Handelshaus und Logistik GmbH" Munich Germany 

              Focus on marketing overstock (excess).   Goal: lean company structure.

              Purchasing from European OEM and EMS partners.  Sales: worldwide via Internet

2014    Company relocation to Potsdam (near Berlin)

2025    After 50 years of self-employment, I'm closing my BAER...GmbH company.

              The effort required in Germany for bureaucracy, certifications, personnel, etc.,

               is expensive and time-consuming.  A decline in this area is not foreseeable. 

               My thanks go to the many trusted customers and suppliers of past years.

2025    Starting in September 2025, I'll be bringing my experience to my sole proprietorship.
